Online mentorship with Nada

Mentorship is provided online by Nada Ehlali as an individual. Nada will contact you with joining details after confirmation. For booking questions, email contact@nadaehlali.com.

Packages and prices

• Intro Session — USD 99.00. 1-hour introductory advisory session
• Full Course — USD 799.00. 8-session mentorship; book your first session here. Remaining sessions are arranged with Nada.

The course calendar reserves the first session only. The remaining seven sessions are arranged directly with Nada.

Dates and availability

The booking calendar uses Dubai time (UTC+4). Appointments are available Monday–Friday, with at least 24 hours’ notice and up to 60 days ahead. Choose from the times displayed in the form.

Starting checkout temporarily holds your selected time for 20 minutes. A temporary hold is not a confirmed booking. An unpaid hold may expire and the time may become available to someone else.

Payment and confirmation

Payments are processed by PayPal in US dollars. Your booking is confirmed after payment has completed and the booking has been saved. Keep the reference shown on the confirmation screen. A confirmation email is also requested; an email delay does not by itself mean a payment or booking failed.

If checkout is interrupted, use “Check booking status” before making another payment. Contact Nada with your booking reference if you need help.

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

If you need to cancel, change a date or request a refund, email contact@nadaehlali.com as soon as you can. Include your name, booking reference, session date and the change you are requesting.

Requests are handled individually with Nada, taking account of your circumstances, sessions already provided and applicable consumer rights. This also applies to late cancellations, missed sessions and unused sessions in the Full Course. There is currently no fixed cancellation fee or published cancellation deadline.

Sending a request does not automatically cancel a booking, change its date or issue a refund. Nada will discuss the request with you and confirm the arrangement. If Nada needs to change or cancel a session, she will contact you to discuss rescheduling or an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not remove or limit any refund or other rights you have under applicable law. If the arrangements are important to your decision, contact Nada before paying.

Property and collaboration enquiries

Property consultation and collaboration forms send an enquiry. They do not take payment or reserve an appointment. Scope, timing and any commercial terms are discussed separately.
