Nada Ehlali operates nadaehlali.com as an individual. This notice describes how information is handled when you browse this website, send an enquiry or book online mentorship. For privacy questions, email contact@nadaehlali.com.

Information collected

• Enquiries: your name, email address, selected service or investment focus, and any phone number or message you provide.
• Bookings: your name, email address, phone number, message, package, session date and time, booking reference and booking status.
• Payment records: the amount, currency, PayPal order and payment references, payment status and confirmation email status. Card details and PayPal passwords are handled through PayPal and are not stored by this website.
• Technical information: request and connection information processed by the hosting and payment services. IP addresses are used to limit abusive enquiries; the booking system stores a protected hash of the IP address for abuse prevention.

How information is used

Information is used to answer your enquiries, arrange services, reserve sessions, process and verify payments, send confirmations, recover interrupted checkouts and respond to support requests. Technical information helps operate the website and protect it against misuse.

Submitting an enquiry or booking does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

• Vercel hosts the website and processes requests to its server functions.
• Neon stores booking details and payment references.
• PayPal processes payments and applies its own privacy terms to information it receives.
• Resend delivers enquiry messages and booking confirmation emails.

Enquiries and advisor booking alerts are sent to contact@nadaehlali.com, where Nada can use them to respond and arrange your service. These providers may process information outside your country. When you follow a social-media link or use a third-party payment service, that service also has its own privacy practices.

Browser storage and cookies

Temporary browser session storage keeps a booking reference and access token so you can check an interrupted checkout in the same browser tab. The website clears this reference after confirmation or when you start again. Closing the tab normally ends the session. Keep the access token private, especially on a shared device.

PayPal checkout may use its own cookies and similar technologies. The website currently has no added advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Hosting and payment providers may collect technical information for their services.

Keeping information

Enquiry messages remain in the email systems used to receive them. Booking and payment references remain in the booking records to support session arrangements, payment queries and record keeping. Records are not automatically deleted after a fixed period.

You can request a review or deletion of your information by emailing contact@nadaehlali.com. Any information still needed for an outstanding service, payment dispute or applicable legal obligation may need to be retained.
